2. Data collected

When you submit a booking request we collect only the data you voluntarily provide:

• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Date, time and equipment requested

3. Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Handle and confirm your booking request
• Contact you about changes (weather, availability)
• Issue your invoice or payment receipt
• If you have opted in, occasionally send you offers or news.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the booking, and on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for any marketing communication.

5. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with providers strictly necessary: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, and SumUp for card payments.

6. Retention

Booking data is retained for the time needed to deliver the service, then archived for the legal accounting period (10 years). Marketing opt-in data is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, contact us on 06 09 53 14 88. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set.
